AR-B8172, a new ISA half-size CPU board with DM&P Vortex86DX 800MHz SoC and 256MB DDRII memory. The key component on AR-B8172 like CPU and memory is onboard design to avoid the shock and vibration issue that is happened in the machine used in factory. Industrial customers are familiar with CF socket and IDE interface for storage. There are both of CF and IDE on AR-B8172. It reduces the risk and time to change the boot and storage devices when changing the CPU board. AR-B8172 meets design of standard ISA half-size card and it is well-suited for the Industrial chassis and backplane.
